This is the arms as shown on the monument to Letitia Donkin, except that it is not clear that a medal is shown in the canton (the medal belonged to her brother, Rufane). But the arms of Rufane as given in BGA are gules, with white cinquefoils and horn, and unspecified colours for the chief.
